We thought you’d like to know

You like a nice Bonus? We all do. But we also like to keep things fair and responsible. That’s why we have a set of rules that comes with every Bonus. Some of it’s worth looking into, like our Wagering Requirements. Here’s what you need to know.

Your 2 wallets

When we look at what we can pay out to you, we distinct two wallets:

Cash balance = your deposits, cash winnings, and withdrawable Bonus money (fulfilled Wagering Requirements)
Active Bonus = your Bonuses (unfulfilled Wagering Requirements)

Only your cash balance can be used to meet the wagering requirements.

The betting order

When you start betting, you first wager your cash balance. Once you reach the bottom of your cash balance, you start betting your active Bonus. You know what’s cool about this? The moment you place your first bet with cash balance, you start working towards fulfilling that Wagering Requirement.

Out of cash balance?

Only active Bonus balance left, but you want to meet the Wagering Requirement? Fill up your cash balance by making a new deposit. That way you can start betting again to meet the Wagering Requirements. Do this within seven days, because that’s how long the Bonus will remain valid.

Bonus balance after withdrawal

What happens when you request a withdrawal and you still have an active Bonus (unfulfilled Wagering Requirements) and/or queued Bonuses? Find out how it works out in all possible scenarios below:

You have 1 active Bonus and no queued Bonuses. When requesting a withdrawal your active Bonus will be deleted.
You have 1 active Bonus and 1 queued Bonus. When requesting a withdrawal the queued Bonus will be deleted.
You have 1 active Bonus and 2 or more queued Bonuses. When requesting a withdrawal the first queued Bonus (the oldest bonus) will be deleted.

You know the Welcombo, right? You don’t? Then read about our unique Welcombo here. There’s nothing like it. You get to have a welcome package completely the way you want it. You can’t have this much fun without a couple of rules. You just can’t. But we keep our rules to a fair minimum. Just stick to this and you’ll be fine:

The minimum deposit and maximum bonus in your currency are listed in the Bonus Rules
Wagering Requirement for the Bonus part = 30x (your deposit + Bonus amount).

The Wagering Requirement for both the Bonus amount and Bonus winnings need to be met to be eligible for payout.
There’s no maximum payout for Free Spins winnings.
The Bonus remains valid for 7 days.

An example

A player - let’s call him Hank - comes to Whamoo. He loves it here. He deposits €100 and goes for the Welcombo50 option.

Hank gets:

€50 Bonus
150 Free Spins on Book of Dead

Wagering Requirements

To pay out his Bonus balance, Hank needs to wager €4,500 ((30x€100)+(30x€50)).

To pay out his Free Spins winnings, Hank needs to wager the winnings he made with his Free Spins 40 times.

Scenarios

After his deposit, Hank sets foot on our casino floor - well, virtually. He starts betting on slots. Let’s go through two possible outcomes.

Scenario #1: Hank wagers €100 and wins €100 euro cash. This means:

Hank’s cash balance is now €100.
His Bonus balance is still €50.
His wagering balance goes from €4,500 to €4,400.

Now Hank wants to withdraw his winnings to his bank account. This is what happens:

We transfer the €100 cash balance to Hank’s bank account.
His bonus balance will be cancelled after the withdrawal is final. So after this withdrawal:
- Hank has €0 cash balance.
- Hank also has €0 Bonus balance.

Scenario #2: Hank wagers a lot more. He has wagered €4,600 from his cash balance and €1,000 from his Bonus balance. Also, he wins a €200 Bonus. This does the following to his account:

Hank’s cash balance goes from €100 to €0.
His Bonus balance goes from €50 to €250.
His wagering balance goes from €4,500 to €0.

Now Hank wants to withdraw his winnings to his bank account. This is what happens:

We transfer the €250 total Bonus balance to Hank’s bank account (because he has met the Wagering Requirements).
After this withdrawal:
- Hank has €0 cash balance.
- Hank also has €0 Bonus balance.

The Welcomfy second deposit Bonus

Hank - or you - might want to score another welcome package after that Welcombo. Luckily, we also offer a second (and even third) deposit Bonus. These are the specs for the Welcomfy second deposit Bonus package:

The minimum deposit and maximum bonus in your currency will be shown when claiming the bonus

Free Spins

You’ll see them roll by every now and then: Free Spins. They’re free rounds on a specific slot we choose - or sometimes YOU choose. Here’s what you need to know about them:

All winnings from Free Spins are added to your active Bonus balance. That means you need to meet the Wagering Requirements before you can pay out these winnings.
Free Spins winnings have a Wagering Requirement of 40x.
There’s no maximum payout for Free Spins winnings.

No-deposit Bonus

Lots of Bonuses require a deposit. But sometimes, we just give you a Bonus. Such a no-deposit Bonus comes with some strings attached:

The no-deposit Bonus has a Wagering Requirement of 50x its size.
The maximum payout of the no-deposit Bonus and its winnings is 5 times the bonus amount.

Standard Bonus promotions

Whenever we hand out a Bonus, it’s bound by a 40x Bonus Wagering Requirement. If not, we’ll let you know.

Other bonus rules

Also good to know are the following Bonus Rules:

You can bet up to €5 (or the equivalent in your currency) per game round with Bonus money.
Whamoo states all times and dates in promotions in CET/CEST.
The contribution rate of our games in fulfilling the Wagering Requirement is as follows:
- Bets placed on Slot Games count for 100%.
- Bets placed on Scratch Card Games count for 100%.
- Bets placed on Blackjack Games count for 10%.
- Bets placed on Video Poker Games count for 10%.
- Bets placed on Poker Games count for 10%.
- Bets placed on Roulette, Baccarat, Craps, and Sic Bo do not count.
- Bets placed on Live Casino Games do not count.
- Bets plaved on restricted games (see bonus rules) do not count
