Getting Started

  • Deposit within the specified timeframe (if applicable).
  • Learn the Bonus rules (like the wagering requirement).

Bonus = extra fun. That’s what we designed them for. You get extra money to wager so you can extend the fun time. The Bonus isn’t designed to be cashed out and can’t be instantly cashed out. But when you meet our fair wagering requirements, you’re free to cash out your winnings.

You’re the sharing type. We love that. It’s just impossible to transfer a Bonus from your account to someone else’s - technically, financially, legally… So the answer is no, unfortunately.


Security is key when handling money. We need to verify that it’s you we’re dealing with, and that everything is in order. After all, we want the money to transfer safely and swiftly to your account.

Maximum fun means minimum extra cost. So we don’t charge you anything when you deposit. But we can’t control any fees your bank may charge you. Check these fees with your bank. The same applies to a withdrawal, by the way.

It happens very rarely, but it does occur. If it does, check your payment account (bank, e-wallet, credit card etc.) first. No amounts were deducted? Then no money was transferred. Has the amount been deducted from your balance? Make a screenshot of the transfer information (read how to do this here) and send it to Customer Care. We’ll sort it out!

We usually transfer the money to the payment methods you used to make your deposit(s). If we have to use a different method, we’ll let you know. Read more in our Withdrawal Policy.

Immediately after your request there’s a 24-hour pending period. During this period you may cancel your request if you want to keep on playing. If you don’t we’ll transfer the money to you right away (given that everything’s in order). Read more in our Withdrawal Policy.

A withdrawal process always starts with a 24-hour pending period. During this period you may cancel your request if you want to keep on playing - or proceed with the payout. After that, the transfer time depends on where the money’s going. In some cases it’s transferred instantly. In other cases it can take up to five days. Read more in our Withdrawal Policy.

When you deposit for the first time with a new card, you will need to verify your bank card. In MiFinity, click on ‘Cards’ in the left-hand menu. Type the 4-digit code found on your bank statement into the ‘Verification Code’ box found next to your new card details.

In MiFinity, click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the site. Click on ‘Upload Documents’ and proceed to upload the requested documents.

Log in to your eZeeWallet account and click on ‘My Account’ in the top right-hand corner. Go to the ‘Verification’ tab and proceed to upload your proof of identity and proof of address.

Games can get stuck sometimes - although very rarely. When a game doesn’t respond, this is the best way to fix it:

1. Check your Internet connection. Open other websites, such as Google. Are they opening slowly or not at all? Then your internet connection or firewall is probably keeping you from having fun.

2. Good connection, but still problems with our games? Or did you lose credits due to internet problems? Take a screenshot of your issue (read how to do this here). Send the screenshot and a description of your issue to Customer Care. We’ll fix it!

A lost connection can stress you out - especially when you’re in the middle of a game. Don’t worry, though. Refresh the page and you’ll find the game where you left it. The game will finish its spin or round. Any winnings will be automatically added to your balance. Keep on having trouble? Check your internet connection.
