How to use MiFinity
We're happy to announce our new payment service, MiFinity. This easy-to-use eWallet is the perfect solution if you want to deposit using a payment method that you don't see in our cashier. Just use your preferred payment method to pay at MiFinity. Then deposit at Whamoo using MiFinity. Here's how it works.
How to use MiFinity at Whamoo
Using MiFinity is easy. You just have to create an account at MiFinity and fund your eWallet. Then you go to Whamoo and deposit at our cashier. Just follow the steps below.
1. Create a MiFinity account (if you don't have one yet).
If you don't have a MiFinity account yet, here's how you create (and verify) one:
1. Open an account at MiFinity. You can do this in 2 ways:
- Go directly to MiFinity, or
- Use the account setup link in the MiFinity payment option in our cashier.
2. Enter your email and password, and click "create an account".
3. Go to your email, open your email from MiFinity, and click the link to activate your account.
4. Log in and follow the rest of the steps to set up your account.

2. Verify your MiFinity account (if you haven't done this yet).
1. Go to the top right corner of your screen where you see your name, and open the menu.
2. Select "upload documents".
3. Select the document you wish to upload, and upload it.
4. Wait for approval (this may take up to 2 working days).

3. Deposit money into your MiFinity eWallet.
You can use a long list of payment services to fund your MiFinity account. This video explains how you can deposit using various methods.
4. Deposit at Whamoo using your MiFinity account.
Once your account is all set up and verified, and you know how to deposit, it's really easy. You can use your MiFinity eWallet just like any other payment option. Just follow these steps:
1. In our cashier, select MiFinity as a deposit method.
2. Enter the desired deposit amount and click or tap the deposit button.
3. Click or tap the 'sign in here' link and enter your MiFinity login details.
