How to use eZeeWallet

We're happy to announce our new payment service, eZeeWallet. This easy-to-use eWallet is the perfect solution if you want to deposit using a payment method that you don't see in our cashier. Just use your preferred payment method to pay at eZeeWallet. Then use eZeeWallet to deposit at Whamoo. Find out how it works.

How to use eZeeWallet at Whamoo

Using eZeeWallet is easy. You just have to create an account at eZeeWallet and fund your eWallet. Then you go to Whamoo and deposit at our cashier. Just follow the steps below.

1. Create an eZeeWallet account (if you don't have one yet).

If you don't have a eZeeWallet account yet, here's how you create (and verify) one:

1. Open an account at eZeeWallet. You can do this in 3 ways:

  1. Download the eZeeWalet App;
  2. Go directly to eZeeWallet, or
  3. Use the account setup link in the eZeeWallet payment option in our cashier.

2. Enter your personal details and click "register".
3. Go to your email, open your email from eZeeWallet, and click the link to activate your account.
4. Set up your phone verification.
5. Follow the rest of the steps to verifiy your account.

2. Verify your eZeeWallet account (if you haven't done this yet).

1. Log in to your eZeeWallet account.
2. Click on “My account” tab in the upper right corner.
3. Go to the "Verification" tab at center of your screen.
4. Upload for verification:

  1. Proof of Identity – a government-issued legal identification document, such as an ID, passport, or driving license.
  2. Proof of Address – A document that contains your address and is not older than 3 months, such as a utility bill, a bank account/credit card statement, or documents issued by your local authorities.

5. Wait for approval (this may take up to 2 working days).

3. Deposit money into your eZeeWallet account.

You can use a long list of payment services to fund your eZeeWallet account. 

4. Deposit at Whamoo using your eZeeWallet account.

Once your account is all set up and verified, and you know how to deposit, it's really easy. You can use your eZeeWallet eWallet just like any other payment option. Just follow these steps:

1. In our cashier, select eZeeWallet as a deposit method.
2. Enter the desired deposit amount.
3. Fill in your eZeeWallet email address and password.
4. Click "Deposit".
