All rewards that can be obtained in exchange for Points are available in the Superstar Shop. The contents of the Superstar Shop may be changed without prior notice.

Points have no monetary value and can only be exchanged for the items on offer at the Superstar Shop.

Tangible and travel items are subject to availability. In the event that an item is not available, Whamoo reserves the right to offer an alternative item of a similar value.

Tangible and travel items ordered through the Superstar Shop are not transferable.

Players are responsible for providing the correct information when ordering products from the Superstar Shop. Whamoo is not responsible for failure to deliver any products ordered through the Superstar Shop due to incorrect information being supplied by the player.

Whamoo is not responsible for product defects and failures. All items in the Superstar Shop will be purchased through official dealers. Players receive a copy of the invoice and in the event of a defect or fault occurring with items ordered through the Superstar Shop, it is the player’s responsibility to resolve any issues with those products with the dealer of the products and/or their manufacturer.

Only the account owner known to Whamoo is eligible to receive the relevant rewards and benefits of the Program. Points may not be transferred, bartered, sold, or traded in any way.

All Bonuses and winnings from bonuses that can be obtained through the Superstar Shop are bound by a fifty times (50x) wagering requirement.
All winnings from Free Spins that can be obtained through the Superstar Shop are bound by a forty times (40x) wagering requirement. -
You collect Points by wagering on our games by placing the following real money bets:

You collect 1 Point for every €10 (or its currency equivalent) you wager on slot games and/or scratchcard games.

You collect 1 Point for every €60 (or its currency equivalent) you wager on blackjack, video poker and/or poker games.

You cannot collect Points by placing bets on Live Games, Roulette, Craps, Bingo, Sic/Bo and/or Baccarat

Additionally, Whamoo can award Points to players by means of an incentive or prize. Whamoo will do this at its sole discretion.

To stay in your Superstar Level you need to collect the following number of Points over a period of 3 months:

Level 2 – 5000

Level 5 – 60,000

Level 6 – 120,000

If you don’t collect the required number of Points to stay in a certain level, you will be moved down 1 level after the 3-month period. You will not lose your collected Points

The maximum bet allowed with Bonus credits is €5 or its currency equivalent. Should you place higher bets with Bonus money, the casino reserves the right to confiscate all winnings and Points derived from these bets.

If a player chooses to close their Whamoo account or has their account closed by Whamoo, they will forfeit their Level and lose all Points associated with that account.

Any abuse of the benefits that are related to the Superstar Program or any other form of suspected breach of the Terms and Conditions of our Superstar Program may lead to the forfeiture of any Bonuses or rewards accrued as a result of the Superstar Program, expulsion from the Superstar Program, and/or closing of the player’s Whamoo account.

Whamoo retains the sole right to interpret and apply the Terms and Conditions of the Superstar Program at all times.
